Delivery Policy/Information
Once you place an order, our staff receive it immediately. Your order will be delivered when our delivery windows open. Our delivery window times are listed below:
- 9AM EST - 11AM EST
- 7PM EST - 12PM EST
In-order for us to be able to deliver you your order, you must accept our ROBLOX request. Once you placed your order, you have 5 days to retrieve it. If you don’t, you will be issued a refund automatically. If you spelled your ROBLOX username incorrect on the order, please contact us in-order for us to know. You can contact us here.
Wrong Information Policy
If you spelt wrong information when you placed your order, such as the wrong email or ROBLOX username, please contact us here so we can be aware of this and fix the wrong information. Once you contact our team, we may ask you for your order number, or etc.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All sales here at Aries Shop are final sales. Once your order is placed, we can’t cancel your order, unless it’s because of one of the reasons listed below:
- Order hasn’t been retrieved within 5 days of ordering
- Issue with order
We DO NOT give refunds if you spelt your ROBLOX username of any other information incorrect when ordering. Please refer to the Wrong Information Policy listed above.
